Daughters of the Republic of Texas ~ Flagpole Naming Contest

Breckenridge’s own Picketville Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas is working hard to win the flagpole naming contest at the new Republic of Texas History Center. Wouldn’t it be great if one of the flagpoles was named in honor of our local chapter? Learn more at their “barking dog” website (and pitch in while you’re there!).
